Prepaid Laser Hair Removal Session

Service Description

If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas. Pre-pays for laser hair removal treatments have a 12-month expiration date. When 10+ treatments are bought, the expiration date will be 18 months 48 hours notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited. You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments. Treatments may not be completed by the same therapist each time.

Cancellation Policy

The treatments can be booked online. All treatments require booking fee at the time of making a booking to secure an appointment. Late arrivals to an appointment more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling your treatment with a new booking fee. If you are a first-time client, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to handle any paperwork. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid any charges. Cancellations without a 24-hour notice will result in a new booking fee to be paid due to the late notice. Clients that no show will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. We accept all major credit cards. Gratuities are not included and may be given at your discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
