1. General Disclaimer

  • The information provided by Inez Beauty Clinic, including but not limited to product descriptions, treatment recommendations, and skincare advice, is for informational purposes only and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Clients are encouraged to consult with a licensed healthcare provider or dermatologist before using any skincare products or undergoing treatments, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities.

2. Appointment Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. To ensure we can continue providing high-quality care to all our clients, we have established the following appointment policies:

Cancellation Guidelines

  • Notice Period: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made by calling us directly at 01892 769977 or via email at info@inezbeautyclinic.com. If your cancellation falls outside of our notice period, please call our clinic as online cancellations may not be available.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): A fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost will be charged. For appointments requiring a deposit, the deposit will be retained as the cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their appointment and provide no prior notice will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to circumstances outside your control, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds and Rescheduling

  • Refunds: Deposits for appointments canceled within the required notice period will be refunded within 5–10 business days. For late cancellations or no-shows, refunds are not available unless otherwise approved under exceptional circumstances.

  • Rescheduling: Clients rescheduling an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice will have their deposit applied to the new booking.

Multiple Late Cancellations or No-Shows

To ensure fair access to appointments for all our clients, those with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future bookings or may have their booking privileges reconsidered.

3. Skincare Product Policy

To ensure the satisfaction of our clients while protecting the integrity of our business, we have established the following policies for skincare products purchased online and in the clinic.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products, or for products marked as final sale.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees for online purchases are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@inezbeautyclinic.com or 01892 769977. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

Online Purchases

  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • Shipping and Delivery: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and ensuring they are not allergic to any components.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inez Beauty Clinic disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

INEZ Skin Club Membership 

​

1. Membership Overview

Your INEZ Skin Club membership is a commitment to long-term skin health, with carefully structured tiers to match your personal goals and needs.

  • Membership Structure: You’ll choose from three tiers—Glow, Radiance, or Ultimate—when you join.

  • Product Provision & Minimum Commitment: On your first treatment day, you’ll receive your additional benefits—including premium skincare products. Because these valuable products and perks are given upfront, a minimum commitment period (3, 6, or 9 months, based on your selected tier) is required for each membership.

  • Monthly Payments: Your membership fee is a convenient monthly payment. We provide significant value upfront in the form of premium skincare products and treatments; this cost is factored into and spread across the initial monthly payments of your chosen tier.

3. Membership Term

Your membership is a fixed-term agreement based on the tier you select.

  • Minimum Term:

  • INEZ GLOW: 3 Months

  • INEZ RADIANCE: 6 Months

  • INEZ ULTIMATE: 9 Months

  • Rolling Contract: After you complete your minimum term, your membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis to ensure your skin care journey is uninterrupted.

  • Completion: You are free to cancel your membership at any time after completing the minimum term for your tier.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

We aim to be completely open about our cancellation process so you know exactly where you stand.

  • During the Minimum Term: Your membership cannot be cancelled during the initial minimum term of your selected tier. This is because the high value of the products and treatments provided upfront is distributed across these initial payments.

  • After the Minimum Term: Once your minimum term is complete, you can cancel at any time. We make this easy—simply use the same method you used to sign up (online, in the clinic, by phone, or by email).

  • Refunds: Payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

 

5. Cooling-Off Period

If you sign up for your membership online or outside of our clinic premises, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

  • During these 14 days, you may cancel for a full refund, provided you have not used any membership services, products, or treatments.

  • To exercise this right, please send a written request to us at inez@inezbeautyclinic.com within the 14-day period.

 

6. Payment Terms

  • Automatic Payments: Membership fees are charged automatically each month using the payment method you have on file.

  • Your Responsibility: Please ensure your payment details are kept up to date to avoid any disruption to your services.

  • Failed Payments: Should a payment fail, your membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed.

 

7. Booking and Appointments

We want to ensure every visit is relaxing and stress-free.

  • Availability: All treatment bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure the time that suits you best.

  • Rescheduling Policy: We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late Cancellations/Missed Appointments: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will result in the forfeiture of that treatment for the period. This policy applies to all circumstances, including sickness or health conditions (such as pregnancy or COVID-19) that may prevent treatment.

 

8. Membership Freezing

Due to the structure of the minimum terms and the significant value provided upfront in products and services, memberships cannot be paused or frozen during the initial commitment period of your tier.

 

9. Rollover Policy

  • Use It or Lose It: Included membership services and treatments are designed for use within their designated time frame (e.g., quarterly treatments) and cannot be rolled over to a future period.

  • Non-Exchangeable: Unused services cannot be exchanged for other services, products, or cash value, and they are non-transferable to other persons.

 

10. Changes to Terms or Pricing

Inez Beauty Clinic reserves the right to update membership terms or pricing. We value our relationship with you and will always provide at least 14 days' notice of any changes. If you do not agree with the new terms, you have the option to cancel your membership before the changes come into effect, provided you are outside your minimum term.

 

11. General Terms

  • Personal Use: Your membership is for your individual use only and cannot be transferred to friends or family.

  • Clinic Policies: By joining the INEZ Skin Club, you agree to these terms and to comply with all general clinic policies.
