Sugar Lips - Lip Blush Technique is an incredible way to enhance your lips and make them stand out. With just a touch of color, you can transform your appearance. Inez has developed a customized method called SUGAR LIPS that ensures a unique and flawless lip blush. This technique is truly remarkable as it minimizes swelling and bruising. After the treatment, your lips will have a beautiful satin finish, leaving you looking absolutely stunning. The healing process is quick, typically lasting only 3-5 days.
The Sugar Lips - Lip Blush treatment is specifically designed for clients who are familiar with wearing makeup and prefer using pencil, lipstick, and gloss, but want to minimise the time and effort involved. It is also suitable for individuals whose lip colour and definition fade over time, experience a flattening of the lip border, or have scars that could benefit from camouflage. Additionally, it is highly recommended for those with significant asymmetries, as the technique can effectively restore balance and symmetry to the lips.
First and foremost, Inez meticulously crafts the outline, ensuring symmetry and correcting any discrepancies as required. Furthermore, Inez skillfully harmonises the client's complexion and natural lip color for a seamless match. Prior to commencing the procedure, a numbing cream is applied to ensure maximum comfort. The pixel technique used creates a beautiful gradient blend, delicately defining the lips while maintaining a soft, natural effect.
For those seeking a softer and settled look, we highly recommend choosing the Lip Blush Technique. The pixel technique we employ creates a stunning gradient blend, delicately defining the lips while maintaining a soft, natural effect that enhances your overall appearance. In contrast, the Lipstick effect follows a similar process as Lip Blush, but instead of a gradient blend, the pixels uniformly cover the entire lips, resulting in an evenly distributed application.
Prepare for Treatment:
At our clinic, a significant majority of our clients (99%) are affected by the herpes simplex virus, which can lead to frequent outbreaks of cold sores. It's important to note that cold sores can also be triggered by permanent makeup. If you happen to experience cold sores, please inform us, and we will provide you with the correct approach to prepare for the treatment.
Pre-Treatment Lip Care:
To ensure optimal results, we recommend that clients begin applying a moisturizing lip balm consistently one week before the treatment. This will help us achieve the desired outcome and enable us to capture impressive before and after photos.
Exfoliating for Lip Perfection:
The day prior to your treatment, we kindly ask you to exfoliate your lips. This step removes dead skin cells, leaving your lips fresh and perfectly prepped for the treatment.
The lips have to be wiped every hour with a wet cotton round and pat the area dry to ensure no fluids sit and form scabs.
You may ice the skin if it is feeling tender or swollen after the procedure. Wrap an ice pack or a ziplock of ice in a napkin and place on the area for no longer than 30 seconds.
Day 2-10
Do not touch the lips with dirty fingers, remember it is an opened and healing wound. An infection could possibly ruin the tattoo.
Don’t get the lips too wet for too long. It will make the flakes soggy and easier to fall off prematurely. Moisturise with the recommended or provided ointment frequently. Do not sleep on your face to avoid lifting your flakes prematurely and make sure you’re sleeping on a clean pillowcase to avoid infection.
Avoid harsh cleansers, creams, makeup, or any other products on the treated area until all the flakes have naturally fallen off. These things can jeopardise the healing of the tattoo.
Don’t pick, scratch or bite off the flakes. Let the flakes to fall off naturally. Picking can cause scarring, loss of pigment, or an infection.
Do not expose your tattoo to UV rays or tanning beds for 4 weeks after the procedure. These things can alter the appearance of your tattoo dramatically.
Do not sweat on the tattoo until all the flakes have come off naturally. Sweat will take the pigment from your tattoo. If you do sweat on them, dab it off immediately.
Do not get any facials, Botox, chemical treatments and microdermabrasion for 4 weeks post appointment date.
