Cancellation Policy
The treatments can be booked online. All treatments require booking fee at the time of making a booking to secure an appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY Please be aware that our clinic policy states that we require at least 72 hours to cancel and 24 hours to reschedule an appointment. Arriving late to an appointment by more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling your treatment and incurring a new booking fee. New Clients: Arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork before your treatment Failure to notify us without sufficient notice, will mean that deposit paid will not be refunded or carried over to future treatments. We must also remind all clients that if you miss two or more appointments without any notice, you will be required to pay the full amount prior to your next appointment. We understand circumstances may arise which make it difficult to keep a scheduled appointment, but please communicate with one of our friendly team so we can help accommodate you. TERMS + CONDITIONS - If you wish to cancel your appointment you must provide at least 72 hours or reschedule at least 24 hours notice to retain your deposit. - If you fail to give adequate notice on 2 or more occasions you will need to pay full const of your treatment upon booking for future appointments. This will serve asa your deposit. -If no treatments are had, then your deposit serves as your consultation fee. - Your deposit will go towards treatment or products purchased on the day. - You may also book in for treatments within 6 months of your consultation at your appointment and this deposit will be deducted. We welcome all major credit cards. Gratuity is not included and can be given at your preference. We reserve the right to deny service to any individual.
