28-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Should you wish to return an item, we offer a full 28-day money-back guarantee (excluding delivery costs) on all items returned to us. Items must be in their original, brand-new, sealed condition as they were upon arrival. Please note, exceptions apply to items such as needles, grips, tips, tubes, inks, or any product for which returns are handled directly by the manufacturer.
Conditions for Returns
- Items not in their original condition may incur a 10% re-packing fee or, in some cases, may not qualify for a refund.
- If a refund is refused, you have the option to either collect the item(s) from us or arrange and pay for redelivery.
Returns for Faulty Items
If an item seems faulty and is still under warranty, you may return it to us for inspection. Upon confirming the fault:
- We will attempt to repair the item.
- If repair is not possible, we will issue a replacement.
If no actual fault is discovered and it was a matter of troubleshooting, the item will be returned to you. Customers are responsible for safe packaging and shipping of returned items. We recommend using an insured, trackable delivery method to ensure the item reaches us securely.
Return Postage Costs
For confirmed faulty items, we will reimburse return postage costs in the form of a refund or credit note once a valid receipt is provided.
