Cancellation Policy
At Inez Beauty Clinic, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. To ensure we can continue providing high-quality care to all our clients, we have established a cancellation policy that respects both our clients’ needs and the time of our therapists. Cancellation Guidelines Notice Period: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made by calling us directly at 01892 769977 or via email at info@inezbeautyclinic.com. If your cancellation falls outside of our notice period, please call our clinic as online cancellations may not be available. Late Cancellations and No-Shows To honour the time of our therapists and other clients: Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): A fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost will be charged. For appointments requiring a deposit, the deposit will be retained as the cancellation fee. No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their appointment and provide no prior notice will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Exceptions We understand that unforeseen emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to circumstances outside your control, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Refunds and Rescheduling Refunds: Deposits for appointments canceled within the required notice period will be refunded within 5–10 business days. For late cancellations or no-shows, refunds are not available unless otherwise approved under exceptional circumstances. Rescheduling: Clients rescheduling an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice will have their deposit applied to the new booking. Multiple Late Cancellations or No-Shows To ensure fair access to appointments for all our clients, those with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future bookings or may have their booking privileges reconsidered.
